Beef bourguignon, just doesn’t cut it, and as for their chicken Chasseur, well I can take it or leave it. Nothing beats a good plate of Mince and Tatties with dumplings.:)

Get yersel over to Hoy for a few nights. You'll have to if you want to go to Longhope and you can stop over at Rackwick and have a toddle over to the Old Man of Hoy. Easy to fill up a couple of days on Hoy alone. Interestingly I found that I could take our 8m Hobby from Spain to the Canary Islands for about the same price as Shetland and Orkney.

Certainly a good idea to visit Scotland while you can. 43 potential LEZs have been identified and as the aim is to reduce journeys by 20% tolls on motorways and bridges are under consideration. Link
 
All these LEZ zones have put me off going across the water, there is no such thing here, and no folk would accept it either.
