Hmm. You would need a side transom mount I think. This bloke did one on a Colorado. I could paddle faster than that. You need to be fairly far forward in an inflatable I think.

I doubt I would get the outboard on the bike as well.

Anyway I did about five or six miles yesterday under my own steam but it was knackerising getting back up the creek against the tide and the wind. I doubt that motor would be as powerful as Rock God power though
