Feta in Virgin Olive Oil

This cold salad dish will last up to a week in it's bath of good quality Virgin Olive Oil as the oil is one of natures best natural preservatives.

It can be eaten with either bread, green salad or whatever takes your fancy.

1 Pkt. of Feta Cheese.
Black, White, Chilli Pepper powder or all three,
Dried Thyme, Oregano, Italian Seasoning either or all three or whatever YOU like,
Good Quality Virgin Olive Oil,

Place Feta in a small container pour over oil until nearly to the top of the cheese sprinkle ingredients over the cheese, then with a teaspoon drip the oil over the ingredients gently so they adhere to the cheese, leave with lid on for a few hours then devour. If you like Olive Oil you can just keep topping it up, if like me, you keep dunking your bread, toast, Pitta bread, cut salad vegetables into this great snack.
