A local builder had a mini digger nicked of site suspected to have been travelers
 
Looks like some businesses are using the shortage as a way to put some extra cash back in their depleted coffers. I know my business has suffered and it is taking some time to get things running again. All our equipment is imported from Japan / China so we are expecting some price rises.
 
Theres a cabin/shed maker close to me and he said timber is going up again in July. Jan was £40 per cubic mtr and by July it will be £80 cubic mtr.he showed me the letter from the importers..
Just paid £1300 trade for 10x12 top quality shed for storage....
 
If it's going to cost towards 4 grand Ral it may be worth considering paying a bit more and buying a kit.

Sold one to a chap last year and he had it two weeks before it went walkies, lucky the boat and contents were insured, co paid a ch to me for a replacement.
