Elddis kitchen tap loose

We have a W reg. Elddis Autostratus TS SE and the Single lever tap on our kitchen sink has come loose from the mounting hole. It is still connected to the water supply and still works but rattles around. Anybody tell me how to refit as there is no obvious fitting method?

Under the work top where the body of the tap passes through, there must be a plastic nut that has worked loose, if you can get to it [ the nut ]just tighten it, not easy I know, same thing happened on my Hymer.

Thanks vindiboy - I think I probably had already guessed at that.

To get to the plastic nut will mean taking the sink out. Is that a straight forward task? There is a rubber seal all the way round the sink and a screw cover in each corner. Plus of course the waste to disconnect.

Do van designers do this on purpose :))

To replace kitchen tap on my Autosleeper.
1. Realise it's not designed to be owner serviced
2. Remove sink cover
3. Remove sink
4. Remove sliding wine cupboard
5. Remove upper fridge winter cover
6. Remove fridge cover
7. Realise you still can't get to it
8. Return to 1 and count the time you've wasted
