My Bluetti is showing 13.28V which is fine for running 12V devices but not enough to charge a battery properly. Victron also do 12V to12V devices such as the 12-12 9 which has an adjustable output voltage.

I suspect it would be easier to use a small mains charger plugged into the 230V outlet.

So the question is can you directly connect the 12v 10amp socket of a Bluetti power station to the main lead acid leisure battery using a cable with a 12v accessory plug at one end and positive and negative crocodile clips at the other end?

Whilst off grid without hook up connected to supplement 12v battery power.

Is this the correct question?

And doing this whilst at the same time the 12v motorhome or camper power loom is powered up with various 12v devices such as the water pump, heating fans, lighting and more are in use. Drawing power from the lead acid battery whilst at the same time it is being supplied with power from the Bluetti unit.

Is there a risk of blowing fuses or overcharging battery?

I don’t know the answer but I would be interested to know myself.

What I do know is that my Sargent power box did not like it when I connected a battery charger to the leisure battery whilst the power was turned on. There was a voltage overload and the system shut down. When leisure battery disconnected then charging independently of Sargent charger with third party charger plugged in to AC socket fine.

Good point. I guess it might work for that. It is not quite the same as connecting a second battery because the power station battery is probably not 12V. My Bluetti battery is 25V and the bigger ones are 50V, the current goes through some electronics before it reaches the 12V output socket. The 12V charging of the power station is done through the MPPT connection not the 12V output socket. The Ecoflow may be different.
 
Why is my question.
The bluetti is designed to take significant discharge and recharge 100% at no cost or degrading.
I have 2 small powerbanks for my tablet. One is plugged in now and maintaining the tablet at 93%.
After 1 or 2 hours I will swap to the 2nd power bank(now on charge) and put the depleted powerbank on charge whilst using the full powerbank to maintain the battery level on my tablet. I suggest a similar regime !

Once posted that linking 2 batteries as suggested would indeed share the discharge.
Simple jump leads would do that or a neater connection.
As I have posted it would not be my choice..but we all have different preferences and solutions.
Not sure if there are any complications when the alternator is charging the LB

I may be wrong but I think Baz is just wanting to connect if needed while at meets, not leave it in there.

For a permanent installation then I think you would need to charge the power bank through its charge socket. I know at least one person who has Daisy chained power banks in place of leisure battery’s and they have solar charging and through charge ports from specific 12v chargers from the power bank manufacturer. If Baz is after something more permanent then it needs checking more

The author stated that they wanted back up for van and home so portability of battery, charging arrangements and inverted sockets is a big consideration.

If it is possible to supplement van onboard battery power with a simple 12v dc plug to crocodile clips arrangement that is likely to be a deal clincher so it is a good question.
