Normal Lifepo4 can be charged below 0C but should be done at reduced rates. If you can't reduce charge rate then best not to charge below 0C. This is from LTime battery:

LiFePO4 batteries have significantly more capacity and voltage retention in the cold when compared to lead-acid batteries. Important tips to keep in mind: When charging lithium iron phosphate batteries below 0°C (32°F), the charge current must be reduced to 0.1C and below -10°C (14°F) it must be reduced to 0.05C.

I have seen Lifepo4 that take higher charges below 0C but these were special batteries for expedition type use in cold temps. It may have been Roamer that I saw but don't remember now.

People should always check what their specific battery manufacturer says though rather than take note of what we type
