I have found DVLA to be pretty good since most things are now done online, although converting a van to motorhome prob isn’t.

Lots of pics
Just sent lots of pics, around 8/10 but I also wrote on the back of the pics what each one represented.i done that just in case whoever was looking at my request was not technically minded lol. Also sent a generic letter found off the internet with my details all took around 11 days to get my logbook back
