Ducato mirrors - tightening

The mirrors on my 2017 have started to move in the wind.
Is it possible to tighten them up?
Have removed bottom cover where the wires are expecting to see a tightening nut but there isn’t one.
I don’t know the name of the serrated fixing that is there.
Any help appreciated

Watching with interest too, they may be a friction only that can wear, the L/H one I fold in all the time is loose and moves in the wind.

I have the opposite I have to keep lubricating mine or they won,t move at all

There is a spring between a nut and bolt in the pivot area, look closely at the make up of the housing and pop out the cover. Tighten the nut to give more friction on the pivot.

Is that the nut/spring on the top arm ?
