Ducato gearbox forlorn hope

Morning Motorhome Marvels!
Friend needs a replacement layshaft for 2.5 diesel gearbox (Photos and dimensions attached). Thin chance I know but any help much appreciated.

A lot depends on the actual box different variants were used in the same production run, a local gear box specialist may be able to identify so you know what you are actually looking for, Italian parts suppliers are probably the easiest source nowadays by that I mean based in Italy a google should help

also look at a recon job by a local box specialist or a box from a scrapyard, often the complete box from a scrapper is cheapest and quickest least hassle option.
