I have a problem with the side sliding door not locking, all other doors lock OK from the fob and the dash buttons, so must be something on that door. There's no other way that I can see to lock the sliding door...Help

If all the other doors lock ok that points to a problem with the solenoid on SLD, or the wiring leading too it. There is a 'pad' at rear of door which makes the electrical connections, but AFAIK if that doesn't make good connection no doors will lock, you could try cleaning that, or packing it out a small amount which is a known 'fix' for when contact isn't made.

I noticed that my SLD wasn't aligned particularly well and was 'IN' too far approximately central opposite the handle, exactly where the aforementioned pad is located, after adjusting the door so it fitted nicely the door contacts at the pad wouldn't make contact anymore. Seems that rather than sort the pad issue they simply adjust the door inward too far instead 😡😡

On my Citroen Relay I detached the electrical contact
View attachment 142554 then bend/pull the metal surround ever so slightly outwards (to bring the contact closer to the door)
Just re read op and missed the "other doors lock" bit. This won't work as colinm said
