Driving a MH over 3500kg in The Netherlands after 01/07/26

After the 1st July this year, MH's over 3500kg will be subject to a heavy vehicle toll charge if driven on a motorway, expressway or certain other roads in The Netherlands HOWEVER there are exemptions for foreign registered vehicles as long as you register them...

Got my exemption a few months back although I can’t for the life of me remember how I got it. All I recall was that it was really easy to do!! Doesn’t really help though does it?
In the end we were back from the Netherlands last week but there was a chance we’d still be there in July.
