Any alcohol impairs driving. But it would be unfair to have a zero limit.

I’m not talking about trace elements here, rather detectable percentage alcohol on the breath. Trace tests will reveal alcohol up to thirty days!
For example, a half pint of beer in someone who is say tired can produce a slight impairment which in turn can lead to a misjudgment.
I’m not trying to be high and mighty here, it’s just a fact.
