Draining down your boiler for winter

Reluctantly did mine yesterday. I was hoping to get away with it as ill be using the van over Christmas but the forecast is pretty low temps for quite a few days. The boiler takes forever to drain though. All you can do on mine is undo the bug on the side of the van and it trickles out. Everytime I got back in the van thinking it had finished it started glugging again.

Mine will get done today as I set off for home in about an hour.

Currently -6c here, waste is open fresh is low and water running fine so hopefully ok
