Dometic Toilet replacement

I have a motorhome with a CTW4110 toilet unit that needs replcing, I'm looking at the Dometic Saneo CW as a replacement simply because its better and cheaper.
Having checked the dims etc the only real difference is the Saneo CW protrudes 70mm further into the van, but try as I have I cannot determine if the water filler is in the same position (i.e right to left and top to bottom) they look exactly the same.

Anyone have any experience of this please?

I've asked O'learys etc and Dometic but still no closer.

It should do, but it says in the index that templates are at 5.4 in annex 5.0 and I can’t find a version with Annex 5.4

What's wrong with the one fitted?

Lots, needs a new cassette and none of the sensors work, mechanism that lifts flap to put cassette in is broken, bowl won’t turn, 10 years old, lots of use.

Been quoted £300 plus parts, plus labour to fix all plus vat,and may take 3-4 weeks, so less fuss to change.

I’d use a hedge, but SWMBO moaned last weekend just because it wouldn’t flush, bottle of water worked just as well for me
