You need to establish if the gas is lighting or not ( I don’t mean to sound condescending) if it’s not actually lighting then change the gas bottle and try again.
If it is lighting then it may just be that the temperature behind the fridge is too high, in which case make sure the side of your van which the fridge is on is in the shade.
I’ve been through this recently and found parking with the back of the fridge in the shade, removing the vents and placing a fan in the bottom vent facing in, and a fan in the top vent facing out to increase air flow sorted it (bit of a pain tbh)
I’m off to Spain, Portugal and Morocco in July and I’ve ordered a compressor fridge replacement, but that’s an expensive fix.
