dometic fridge fault

My current dometic rml8330 will ignite on gas but the needle doesn’t go into the green and goes out when you release the dial I have fitted a new burner and jet the flame is now blue and also fitted a new thermocouple but still got the Same problem any experts out there or maybe had the same problem

Try this.

Remove the temperature selector dial. Press the shaft in by hand whilst lighting the fridge.

If the fridge lights successfully your problem is caused by the dial sitting too far onto the shaft. Consequently when you press the dial in the thermocouple is not activated. Pack something into the dial recess to prevent the dial from going in too far.

Check the 12v fuse. A blown fuse could cause this.

Also are you holding your knob in long enough for the TC to create the electric to hold the gas control valve open they tend to degrade over time.

Sorted it the thermocouple was pushed in too far so the shaft was getting the heat not the end pulled it out 5mm and it's fine

The TC is the problem most of the time.
