Does Cardiff have a Low Emmision Zone?

You would think this is an easy question.

We are planning a trip visiting relatives that will take us amongst other places Cardiff. Thinking of a night or 2 in the centre, which looks surprisingly easy for a city.

So is there or is there not a LEZ that I need to check or avoid?

Searching finds lots of things saying it will be implemented by 2025 for instance and I even found a (poor resolution) map of the area. But do you think I can find somewhere to find out for sure or plug my reg no in to find out? no I can't.

We've stayed here couple of times, very handy for city centre, and surprisingly quiet, I believe it gets booked up early when sports events are on.
