Diy lithium. Does a lthium battery need heating from solar?

Daly I'd a trade name for a well used cheap Bms. It would have been cheaper to havev4 bigger cells and one bigger Bms, but I would loose redundancy. This way if a bms or cell breaks I have still 100ah battery working.
The victron lict recommended by admin Phil allows the alternator to charge my lithium at 40 to 70 amps, a clever split charge relay with voltages set for lithium.
Sorry for being PITA
Is daly the brand?
Lict = lithium charging t.....?

Daly is a Brand of a BMS. If you go to Will Prowse's DIY Solar Forum you can read lots of comments about them.

Lict ... Victron make a series of Battery Combiners (their name for their semi-intelligent VSRs). The range is the "Victron Cyrix - ct".
Victron make some Lithium (Li) specific versions of the Cyrix - that is where the lict comes from ... the "Cyrix Li - ct"

Do your own research on Daly bms. I just copied Phil and Harry. It was cheap and has been usable for the last year. I expect there are more sophisticated ones, but it does what Is needed.
To me the cyrix li ct is the find of the bunch. It is expensive for a vsr but for me with a 2017 fiat 120 a alternator it is a game changer compared to mt previous ring 30 amp maximum b2b. That cost twice the price but did also do the solar mppt job (although not very reliably).
