Diesel heather not showing heat bars

Away in van no heat the is cold

Normally the glow plug warms up the chamber but now nothing. Or is it a low power thing as it takes 8 amp but no heat in chamber?

battery to batery stop also ????

No fuel pump showing ....so unlikely it'll show heat bars ...

Can you hear the fuel pump pulsing on initialisation ?

We can prim the fule thats OK it the chamber heat that's missing can we prime the glow plug ????

In short no ...

Initialisation run once fuel is through
fan runs
Fuel pump starts
Glow plug starts to heat
Once ignition is detected fuel pump will speed up
Runs up to max then
Pump ramps down to pump rate set on controller ..

Is pump getting fuel to the heater ?
Can you hear ignition start ?

My glow plug indercator lights straight away, but no heat bars showing then fule pump starts 3 0r 4 mins later ? Just primed fule pump again and it's ticking nicely. Glow plug lights on but no heat in Chambers fans on slow also

Is the pump getting diesel to the heater though ....

If it isn't then the flame sensor won't detect a flame and will shut the initialisation run down
And possibly throw an error ...BUT not necessarily (they won't always log an error IF the run hasn't been long enough .

Looks like the pump staged on somewhere and not at the right angle so pumps working and not holding fule. Great help thank the man
