Dashboard problem

I’ve got an Autotrail on a 2022 Ford base. The ‘backlight’ on the speedometer and rev counter has stopped illuminating, the direction indication has gone and I’ve lost the display of the trip data. The dials work Nd the other lights illuminate correctly on startup.
My first thought was a fuse, and looking at the diagram I thought it would be #13 on the body control module (7.5A, controls instrument cluster and data link connector). After an hour fighting my way in, that fuse is okay.
Anybody had this before? Any ideas? If the unit has failed, how long is the Ford warranty?

Ford give 3 year or 60,000 mile warranty.
Check your battery voltage it should be above 12.1v.
You may have a faulty display, or a poor connection.

It’s going back to Brownhills tomorrow because of another snag, so I’ll get them to check connections.

Problem solved. It needed a new dashboard unit. Brownhills doing it under warranty.
