Damaged Back Bumper

I am a bit ham-fisted but managed a couple of minor repairs .
Fortunately the spraying was good as the parts were isolated (colorwise) thus a 99% colour match did.
You could probably isolate the bumper (paintwise) and maybe choose a different colour.
As suggested do bit by bit and eliminate the proud sections before continuing.
Just be aware it takes time
