Filling out form to apply for critair sticker . I don't appear to have a vehicle category . Wouldn't be a shocker if I'm missing something really obvious !

Might be in info supplied by manufacturer ,although I think the French can find it from the Copt of v5 that you submit. ?

I may be right or wrong but doesn’t the Critair info suggest that a motorhome is classified in the car catagory?

They go off the year of first registration, i`ve benefited from that and got a better class than i was entitled to :cool:

@alcam
It’s on your V5 or should be, it’s the type approval info used when first registered
Commercial panel vans are either N1 or N2 depending on if the plated weight was below or above 3500kg when first registered

This category is set in stone and can never be changed not sure it can be added if missing though.

Some vans have M1 or M2 these are typically Minibuses (self builders love minibuses despite all the excess glass) but I believe some newer motor caravans have also ended up with M1.

Easiest way to tell if V5 is blank is based on the rate of VED paid
N1 = PLG flat rate £290 iirc
M1 & N2 = PHGV rate £165.
M1 = PLG variable rate based on emissions which for some is £600+
