Cracked shower tray

I'm currently having trouble sourcing a new shower tray for my van so I have decided to make my own out of 18mm Ply. Looking around it would seem that truck bed liner sprays would be ideal for the job (such as Raptor or Protectakote) and for some it could make a suitable finish after repairing a shower tray.

The following video shows that you can achieve a similar finish to Speedcoat reasonably easily (or in my case hopefully an acceptable finish for a self build)

what a great recommendation I wish I had known of them when my Mc Louis vacuum formed paper thin plastic fell apart. I made a wooden mould and made a grp one but stupidly did not put a second outlet in it. Not a job I would recommend to anyone else. it was fiendishly difficult.
