CR et all missing from the kml file?

I wanted to update my GE and have found that all the CR, CU etc are not there. There are numbers after a lot of the spots which must mean something but overall its not as it was so is this the new look? If so is there a legacy file I can DL as the rural, urban prefixes were very useful to us.
