Feeling a bit Woof, I put my medication out this morning took it, and put the dogs medication out. Went to the fridge for a bottle of actmel drank it and inadvertently picked the dogs medication up swallowed it with a glass of water then looked for the dogs meds and realised that I had taken it.

Pat and I have just been to the lifeboat pub at the Marina in East Cowes for a meal and last drink as we start back home tomorrow and there was just some money's worth of vessels there.
