COVID travel pass

Two posts (including yours) mentioned having to pay for doctor’s letters so I thought it would be helpful to clarify the position for the nhs one.
looks obvious in both that we where talking about what a doctor charges for his signature
 
My 2nd jab has one of those batch numbers. The government denies the Telegraph's claim, whilst Johnson says it is an administrative error that will be sorted. Who knows? best to wait a bit I think.
According to the French Gov the Indian produced vaccination is based on and manufactured the same as AstraZeneca and us called Covishield. Although it might be labelled as Astrazeneka, it hasn’t been approved for use yet by the EU
I’m sure this will change soon. It’s not an administrative error!

I can't respond to your " new" information without being political 🙂
 
The Indian company had no intention of selling in the EU so they never bothered with approval. Whilst it may be the same vaccine the EU would want to be assured that it was manufactured to the same standard, just as we would want the same assurances.
I would note the US haven't approved AZ from any source as the FDA are not happy with the trial data,
