With restrictions easing what are the chances of wild camping in Portugal without fines?

We are on an aire now in North of Portugal that reviews say is rammed all the time.....
Hardly anyone here.very quiet.

The river’s are running very low. Reservoir ditto. I’m told they haven’t had any amount of rain since the November.
If wild fires start, there is little in the way of water should it be needed.
