cooker hob igniter switch

we have a spinflo cooker hob in our compass drifter 1993 model and the igniter will not work.any idea where we can get a replacement second hand or new.thanks.

Spinflo hobs and cookers - caprice - enigma - midi prima may be of use but I find a gas lighter easier, cheaper and lights the barbie, candles, etc.

1993 Model. Is there a rocker switch? Perhaps that could be the problem,(bad contact). Cost pennies to replace.

If its a piezoelectric ignighter it will probably need replacing (it clicks and makes a spark)
I also find a gas lighter easier, only £1 from most hardware and pound shops, (but don't tell the smokers about it, or it will disappear)
It's also ideal to check if the gas bottle connections are tig-- KABOOOOOOMMMM....

our hob igniter went wrong here in spain, we replaced the fuses and waala it worked
