Got C 2015 control panel playing up fires up and down quickly - off most of time although switched on - like a relay open/closed contact ( erratic ) playing up - i think it is pre-control panel or power button on control panel - clueless on electrics - not keen on sending control panel for repair to be told there's nothing wrong with it.

Hoping for suggestions here allowing for fact that i'm clueless with electrics or electronics also dont want to short or bugger panel up

If it was mine I'd get an auto electrician in! I hate electrical faults, electricity is the Devils work.

Probably someone will be along soon who will save you the expense though?

I don't have experience of that control panel or Eura Mobil but my Hymer has a control panel similar (I think) above the habitation door, quite a few years ago now and I did post about my problem and the fix
My problem was the control panel kept switching off for no apparent reason, I used to keep flicking the switch on and off until it eventually stayed on, I traced the problem to a relay in the EBL99
read the whole thread here

I realise they are different vans and control panels but it might help

I'll find the electroblock a dirty relay contact could certainly give the problem i'm having get close enough might even hear it energise

A lose wire could do the same check connection pins at both ends unless that’s already mentioned in Tezzas post👍

Had a look trying to find control box close to battery there is not 1 - hunting around cupboards found fuse box just like you get in a house - turning control panel on there is a click within fuse box closely followed by a 2nd click - so i am going to take front off and see what is in there - 2 boxes though a large and a small 1 i think it is probably the smaller 1 so going to look there first

Nightmare

Jeez, Malcolm, that is a nightmare. I don't know what to say. If it was me I would try replacing the control panel fuse, remembering there are also fuses to the right of the steering wheel, and on the left of the dash low, in front of the passenger seat. My next move would be to pop the front off the control panel and check for loose connections. Dave

Hi Dave gonna send control unit to a guy that repairs them and hopefully that is the problem - disconnected control panel and reconnected panel glimmered and i did not hear relay click - so just going to get control panel checked and take it from there - relay is right behind all the wiring - one of those things you cant predict unfortunately
