Consort Oslo

Good luck with new van, one point, you invaladate you ins if you carry goods like pipes or wood etc for jobs prob, tell the ins co, maybe ok for your home use as SDP.

We picked up the new to us van today from Consort in Leeds and what a refreshing change to deal with a nice company that will go out of its way to accommodate the customer. When we did the deal I wanted a tow bar fitting but something must have got lost in the translation of the type of bar I wanted fitting and I was told they didn't fit the type I wanted, so I said not to worry i will sort it when we get the van. Today at the end of the hand over I noticed one of the new vans with the type I wanted and pointed it out. This was at 2pm at 4pm we drove away with a tow bar fitted. That's what I call a good service and going the extra mile to make sure a customer leaves happy. Tomorrow we head North. :)

Now on day 4 in Northumberland weather has been crap so got nothing from solar batteries at 56% Truma diesel heater on nearly all the time. So I consider it all good. (y)

Is that running the fridge all the time as well Chris? - I see it listed as 140 litre but it doesn't say if it's a compressor or not.

Mine hasn't been switched off in months but then it is only 60 litres, but even recently It barely drops below 95% overnight and the solar still brings it up to 100% during the day.

Yes it's s a big compressor fridge and we have been running it all the time. It does have a night button but we haven't bothered with it yet That would mean looking at the destructon book to see what it does. We are just seeing how long we can go in bad weather on the single battery before we need to charge. Lorraine has just decided to read the fridge manual. 🤣

The fridge is rated at 70w it is a Indel B Off Slim 140 Compressor Fridge 140L. About £1000 give or take.

The battery display in the van is reading 34% whilst the app shows 47% and 12.95v which % reading is most likely to be correct.

My SOC, varies from appp to app.

The shunt, second pic is on the LB, the other app pock up on that and the VB.

I have.no complaints but wondered why such a discrepancy between the app and the van display.
