Compulsory overnight in Strathclyde park area

Need to overnight for a garage appointment at Bellshill

And beauty spots where I can overnight and get a sunset or sunrise

Hamilton Motherwell are ain't exactly known for its beauty spots, the best I could suggest is about 30 mins away, a small carpark below Louden Hill, near Darvel, 55°36'50.88" 4°12'13.51". Good sunrise but thats all. You could also try New Lanark, 55°39'50.30", 3°46'53.48", but as you are in a valley no views.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've added the first spot to the Wild Camp POIs. The New Lanark location is already in the POIs.
