I went a bit En francais tonight and one of my all time favouites, Grilled Pork chop, Home made chunky fries, a white wine and mushroom sauce in red onion and garlic ( no shallots so onion did it)...veg green beans sauteed in garlic

Looks very nice too!

Watched "eat well for less" and they cooked Lentil spaghetti bolognese.

Were going to give that a try, as had red lentil soup in hospital and that was yummy !
