Hi all - A bit late in saying 'hello' as we've had our van for about a year now. Paid £ 16,000 for a 6 mouth old T5 panel van and then £ 9,000 for conversion with black out windows, elevating roof, rock and roll bed, fridge, gas heater, swivel passenger bench seat, rear speakers, cooker , sink,tow bar and Fiamma awning. Lovely!!
Loads of one-nighters with and without our kayaks around the south west where we live and a great trip down to southern Portugal and Spain last March, including an amazing brush with the Portuguese police which we still laugh and cry about. Only now do I feel that I can tell the full story of an unfortunate encounter of mistaken identity. I'll try to post it in the right part of this forum. Cheers, Chris G.

We have a porta loo - Filled it with a the chemicals etc before first euro trip and when we opened rear doors up half way down through Spain, found it had slopped over everything! Tend to use the old stand-by of the icecream container most nights. No spillages so far!!
 
We find putting a flake in it helps - along with hundreds and thousands!
