Build quality is very poor with Ivecos. A friend has one and has been in a court battle with them for years. The paint has tiny rust spots all over it like someone has been using a grinder next to it and the body has cracks at the supports with it flexing. Not to mention all the other problems he had with it.

Yep seen some rusty ones here, the engines keep going though and most round the clock 2/3 times before they are rotten and scrapped.

Trev that was the yorkie you got a tow rope and a set of jump leads when you bought one but once started properly one of the best pulling engines ever made good on fuel as well. We once had a 6 cylinder York in a Ford A serious truck we spent the price of that truck again on cans of airo start.

I’ll second that! I had the same and it was a total bugger to start, whatever the weather!

I never understand why people always need more space. Surely camping is all about leaving most things at home. To replicate a home that just moves about has missed the point it seems to me.
I think that depends on what you want a van for, I certainly don’t camp in mine and spend far much more time in the van that the house. If I do two months at the house I have had a bad year
