Hi, I thought you may like to know this. We have a "frequent traveller" with the tunnel buying 10 tickets for the year. As we have 6 tickets left to use before they expire at the end of September I rang the Tunnel up to see what was going to happen. We had to go onto their site and fill a form in. We have now a reply saying that they will extend the tickets for 3 months. They said that this was a very generous offer due to exceptional circumstances and we must email them back if we wish to take up this offer. The problem is we never go across after October until January/ February next year. Have to check with our Travel Ins. Co. to see what they say, as in are we covered by them to get our money back.

Thank you for your reply, unfortunately, we already share our tickets. We posted this thread just to inform others what is happening with the tunnel..

Many thanks for this, we only have two tickets left but 3 months grace would hopefully do it.
 
If the lockdown is for longer than three months, maybe they will consider a further extension? That would seem fairer....
