We’ll and truly caught out. Didn’t watch the final quarter because didn’t fancy watching whatever they were covering.
Totally agree about the presenters, we weren’t fans…….but we’ll still have a look tonight. Demonstration of eternal optimism perhaps!

Not for us so called experts 😂 It was ok I’ll watch it again tonight just to be nosy. we moan because our hobby is ignored then moan when we get a bit of mainstream publicity. It would be good to see them give a mention to the CAMpRA campaign and the positive stuff there doing.

Wullie you may remember the thread on here about the lunatic councillor whose area included Lochore. This man’s attitude was based on nothing more than pure envy. And sadly over the years I have concluded that envy plays a large part (not the only part) of why we are treated so dreadfully by many councillors in the U.K.
When people sit in their centrally heated homes, with their 60 inch tvs, and watch £2-300,000 motorhomes being displayed, almost as norms, sadly I don’t think this is good publicity.
I fully support programs were celebs drive about in motorhomes aimed at joe public. I thought they helped dispel the myth that we are nothing more than selfish idiots, who don’t care about others, with to much money to spend. Sadly last nights programme, would only have affirmed such narrow minded beliefs.

Nobody selling it to me . Maybe should watch it and decide for myself but suspecting waste of time

He has a video out on the Adria 640SGX. It has a skyview window above the cab. I like the Skyview, some don’t. Anyway he states that if the sun annoys you in summer then simply draw the blind. I posted that this could lead to a build up of heat between the skyview and the blind, and that manufacturers recommend only drawing the blind down 2/3rd of the way to prevent heat from building up during the day in summer. You would think an “expert“ would have known that. He never acknowledged my reply. I obviously upset him.
 
Since Covid and the staycation emerged ther seems to be a lot of celebrity motorhome experts and ones that have always wanted to motorhome.

Just seems to me like a way of publicising themselves by jumping on the latest bandwagon.
 
Just watched the end and 'all power' and respect to the couple with the accessibility challenges.
 
Next door pulled their curtains and my binoculars steamed up.

Well ...................................... that was crappier than the load of crap that was aired in the first program.

Dire and buttock clenching as previously stated doesn`t even come close, is there nothing these presenters are not prepared to do 😵‍💫

The C&CC manoeuvering course segment was off the scale and actually embarrassing, if that`s all you get for Confidence Builder ( £160 ) and the Pitch & Progress ( £175 ) ................ £335 in total 😧 i`m setting myself up doing it and this time next year i`ll be a millionaire 🤣
