Consider getting a Thetford freshen up kit which includes a new cassette and toilet lid and some fluid for cheaper that the price bought individually. Most of the older non wheeled cassettes are now being reproduced with wheels just check against your model.
Upside, you'll then have the old one as a spare, downside, because they now have wheels they don't hold as much as they used to.

We use a good quality plastic lidded bucket for pee pee & it gets chucked out with the washing up water into a bush or hedgerow.
Only use the cassette for poo poo.

You should not do that ,thats why campervans get a bad name,take it home or dispose of properly.
