Cassette emptying point

Came across this in the Lake District National Park office car park at Thelkeld this week. A United Utilities Free cassette emptying point.
I don't know if there are others in different places but it was hardly well advertised !

Sometimes the simplest solutions work.

Used to stop at a CL in the highlands years ago where something very similar was used, the contents were then "recycled" by the farmer.
