Here I am seeking help again.

My cascade 2 water heater has stopped working on gas the switch is not lighting at all, I have removed switch and it has voltage to it but if I press the switch I get no voltage at any of the 4 pin connections so I either need a new switch or just the circuit board. unless anyone has any bright ideas. in the meantime I will put an add in wanted.

Just a thought, have you checked that the plug at the boiler end hasn't accidently been pulled out.

its pulled out now as I was going to check for continuity of wires but as no power is transfered to the 4 pins at the top when switch pressed I stopped there and rushed here.

update

more info
I have taken the circuit board off and have found that if I put a voltmeter between the positive in and the top left pole on the black relay the relay clicks in green light comes on and I get hot water, pressing the off switch turns it off.I have had the micro switches tested and been told they are working. I do not want to buy another switch if it is not the switch that is at fault. I could just do with finding another van with same switch and testing it. anyway I will play more.
