Is it Holy Island from Lamlash Bay on Arran. you could be parked up in Lamlash, Cordon or Blairbeg on the B841

Spot on!!! It is Holy Island from Lamlash bay on the Isle of Arran. We were parked right at the end of the shore road (not Cordon). Just in case anyone fancies parking there you drive through Lamlash, heading north towards Brodick. As you get to the end of the village as the road turns left up the hill towards Brodick turn right and keep going along the shore road. Carry on as far as you can past the large Outward bound centre and slipway and about half a mile later you come to the spot. Its been tidied up recently and leveled and they have put a couple of picnic tables out just for you.

Very quiet as its a no through road leading to a couple of farms and holiday properties. The place is called Clauchlands point. You can walk further along the coast on a footpath and there are some world war 2 bunkers.

Hope you enjoyed guessing! Anyone else want to do one? I guess you probably all got lives and better things to do though!!
