This winter while in Spain we met a Belgium women who was very friendly a spoke very good English. I asked how they cooked without an oven, out came a Remoska for when on EHU and an Omnia, in addition to a gas BBQ. Using the Omnia she could cook a Calzone pizza, cake, bread and much more.

The Omnia looks expensive but I guess far cheaper than an oven install.
I've had an Omnia for a couple of years. I've no idea how others get on with one. Perhaps it's me, but I've had little, or no luck with it. £14 for a grid ring to keep food from sticking to the base seemed excessive. There's no way I'm paying out £22 for a silicon ring. I'm nearly, but not that silicon.
It cooked passable oven chips when on a cylinder camping stove. But trying the same on the van gas hob, burnt the work top.
In short, not a fan.

On the other hand.
For Sale. Omnia oven. One careful owner
