camper headache for a newbie!

i only use a couple of functions on my meter,don't be overwhelmed! continuity testing is for checking bulbs and fuses are ok and the volt meter tells you what voltage is coming out of the battery or alternator.you'll probably never use the other functions so you don't need to know how to,but those i mentioned are soooo handy.ie a bulb isn't lighting[bear with me i've got nothing better to do !]with a meter you can check the bulb,if its ok you can see if power is getting to the bulb holder,if not you can find a break in the wire with the continuity thing.vital imo,i've seen them for a fiver
 
i am so willing to learn...maybe coz i have to being a girlie on my own with no man that can!!...lol
In fact i enjoy broadening my horizons..knowledge is power so they say..lol
Well i wont go that far but i do like to try and do things for myself then maybe i can be of help for someone else in the future..but only if i know what im doing..??
Thats why i love this site there are so many knowledgeable people on here offering good advice hopefully one day when ive learnt things i can impart my knowledge too..
