Free Campsites with FRANCE PASSION

Hi

I recommend joining France Passion.
https://www.vicarious-shop.com/France-Passion-2012.html

I tried this two years ago, and will again this year.

For 25 quid you get a book of 1,600 places you can camp for free. Most are farms or vinyards and they will try to sell you some produce, but what the heck, trying the local food is what France is about for me - all the stuff I got was good - wine, duck meat, cheese, pate, eggs, artichokes, fruit, veges, etc.

For me, the nice thing was that they are all in quiet spots in the country. I was there in July and sometimes I was the only van in a site.

cheers

Colin

We normally only overnight at this site but is a good example of a beautiful site for not much money.
English Reading - Camping de Sologne ***

July/August this year looks like 9.50 euro for the camper and 9 euro for a pair of adults.
Includes EHU, lakeside pitches, nice clean showers, restaurant, free wi-fi. A really nice peaceful site.

No wonder its peaceful from price list ( Google Translating )

GARAGE With Elect Death € 11.5 :scared:

Don't forget to buy some skimpy swimming trunks/posing pouch type, otherwise no swimming in the pools in France!!!
