I have two campingaz cylinders in the van,just for the hob, but haven’t used it in the last two years! When one is empty I used to get a refill in Spain, it was a lot cheaper.I have one 280 amp/hour lithium, 400watts of solar, and a 30amp B2B. We have managed three days off grid in November, with very little solar, and still had plenty of power left.
I am thinking of removing the gas hob, but still keep a suitcase stove, just in case
