Cab Window damp smell

Well I'm lost for any more ideas so please come back and let us all know what the cause was when you get it sorted.
Have you tried contacting Tina Turner? I'm sue she did a song about stinky windows.
Hi again Meri, well I have to confirm your suggestion about air pressure turns out to be correct, thank you. I decided to cover all the plugholes with clothes to see if it helped since I wondered if the plugs might not be a tight fit since I do not use them. Well it worked, the smell dissappears when the windows open whilst driving now 😊 Now to get rid of the smell... I have used Fenwicks 3 times, Zoflora, keep rinsing it with clean water. It seems worse when the tank is empty so at the moment we are touring around with some water left in the waste. water tank at all times.

The smell could be coming from anywhere in the waste system not just the tank. You have all of the pipes to consider and even the actual waste pieces directly at the sink etc.
I'd suggest bleach everything. Your aim is to get a waste tank full of bleach water and ideally all your pipes full of strong bleach water too and let it stand while it kills off the bugs.
Fill your waste tank and keep adding some bleach now and again as you go. When it's full let a couple of litres out and then top up with a stronger solution so that hopefully this will sit in the pipes overnight.
If you've got an overflow on sink etc get some bleach down there too.
Good luck 👍

Thank you. I have been doing the pipes too, no overflows. It certainly smells when the tank is empty and putting window down when driving, when some water is in the tank it does not appear to do the same, I smell the fenwick or zaflora, will keep up the cleaning and see if my husband can gain some access to the tank when we are back. Thanks for your help and suggestions.

Just to clarify, you don't need access to the tank, all of the filling mentioned above is done through the sinks and shower waste outlets.
