Burrs Country park, wild camp, motorhome

Hi.
I can't find out if it's ok to over night park on the free carpark at burrs country park.
As a kayaker I'm usually trying to drown myself there often. This time though I'd like to take My girlfriend in her camper and make a weekend of it.
The campsite is full as per and the nearest wild camp mark is a fair distance north of burrs

I've searched the forum.

I've even contacted Bury council parks dept but no luck as yet.

CC site there as you are well aware it seems ...also a pub perhaps worth a word with them ...a few drinks and a meal in exchange for a spot ?

site usually booked up .
they are until december so far.
phoned the pub and they informed me that they don't have a car park and then followed up with

You didn't hear this from me but...
so we might just risk it. I cant recall seeing any signs saying no overnight parking on the car park.

As a retired kayaker I have overnighted here albeit a few years ago. You should be fine.
