saw this the other day and tried it immediately ! yumyum !
roll out just over a 3rd of a puff pastry block, quite thin,put on a baking tray
slice leftover meat and veg, put on a layer of veg, then lots of meat,then more veg,then more meat,pour some gravy over it then roll out the rest of the pastry, put over the mound, brush it with egg yolk ,make a hole in the top,add more gravy and cook it .mine was lush !
