Breakdown cover

Can anyone advise please
I’m struggling to get breakdown cover for our camper van. We are travelling to Spain next week.
It’s a Renault master (Devon Monte Carlo) 2006
and the companies I have got quotes today have said the don’t do cover for anything over 2.3m wide (it’s in the small print) I think the Renault masters are wider than that

The Nationwide Flex Plus account (£13 per month fee) gives breakdown cover and also holiday insurance, but you'd need to check the dimensions are covered.

That's a panel van conversion, isn't it.

Does the 2.3m include wing mirrors?

I doubt a Master is 2.3m with wing mirrors pulled in.

They wanted to know width inclusive of wing mirrors according to previous owner it 2375
On my paper work the official dimensions is do I just give them the official measurements I have

Is this enough to make them satisfied ?

Sorry I don’t want to seem really picky but they are being really picky ! Same company that covers us in this country won’t cover us abroad .. doesn’t make sense.
