Boiler issues

I have a 2004 Swift Kon Tiki 610. The boiler stopped working but I can't find a replacement. It powers blown air and hot water. Anyone help?
 
Yes, you got the right boiler. It switches on but goes off a few minutes later.

If it is the blown air side of things I disconnected the room stat, the two wires (in my case yellow), which connect on the control circuit board at the top centre. If the thing runs at a high speed on the circulation fan with this disconnected changing the room stat cured that problem. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/183839108044

Does it heat the water when switched to a non blown air position?

Before spending huge wads of money, check that the regulator pressure is ok, and also what the volts are actually at the heater as they are mega sensitive, does the gas valve clang open and then closed, I assume the controls goes to red light, if it flashes count the flashes, it may indicate the actual fault.

again before spending see if there is a MCEA chap/chapess near you, they have helped me out a few times, ask if they are Truma trained up on your model of heater as some are new and don't touch the older models.

Checklist then I reckon. As Pudsey says, be sure of your gas supply and that there is no red light showing on the left hand side of the controller. The drop out voltage for the unit is actually quite low in theory but it may help if you try the boiler with your engine running just to be sure you have a good 13v plus at the boiler if you don't have a multimeter. From memory, the red light only indicates gas supply problems on the C3402. Is the flue clear? Can you hear the combustion fan running and a click and a muffled whumph when the gas ignites? And, at the risk of being a PITA, is the boiler full because it will kick out on water only use if empty, or should do. The space heating side, if it runs ok, will heat your water to some extent when set to heating only (first click clockwise from off on the controller)

It's going to get worse too, Dometic is buying as many competitors or like companies as they can and will increase the already ludicrous prices when they own it all.

I second that as my boiler did exactly the same thing I got that little black button changed and it’s worked fine ever since.👍
 
Our later model Truma was cured by wriggling the wires on the controller.
